CHARITY WORK
To date I have raised close to £7000 for Cancer Research, Help the Aged, React and the British Heart Foundation.  Many thanks to all my wonderful friends and family who continue to support me physically, emotionally and financially!

I continue to participate in as many events as time and family commitments allow.

• Portsmouth Great South Run - 2002 and 2003
• London to Brighton Cycle Race - 1995, 2002 and 2003
