GROUP CLASSES
Regular exercise will help you to achieve your fitness goals, improve body image, self-awareness and esteem. In addition your body’s ability to use fat as fuel increases. Group classes can provide you with a sociable and motivational environment in which to exercise - regardless of age or fitness level.
AEROBICS
High and low impact movements to raise your heart rate, burn fat and improve tone, strength, and stamina. Work to your level - a fun and varied class focusing on heart rate and fat burning and muscular strength and endurance. The class consists of 35-40 minutes aerobic and cardiovascular workout, 10-15 minutes toning and strength, 10 minutes relaxation and stretching.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
More vigorous than aerobics, a full body workout to improve strength, stamina and fitness levels. Each station allows you to work to your own ability using various hand weights, body weights, fit balls, skipping ropes and steps.
I hold Premier International certificates in Exercise to Music Instruction and Circuit Training.
Boxercise Instructor and Personal Trainer certificate.
I lead group classes on a Monday night at Kineton Methodist Church Hall.
