"I have been going to Sarah Littell for over two years now. I have always been into exercise and in the past have completed 5 marathons and numerous half marathons. However as the years rolled by I realised that my overall muscle tone was poor. The abdominals were showing sign of bulging and although my legs were still strong (relatively) the rest of me was in poor shape.
I was recommended to Sarah by a friend and so made contact and turned up for my first session with some apprehension. That apprehension was without foundation as Sarah tailors what you do to your individual needs and physical condition.
